Rolling Posted: 01/30/03 Use a Hannay hose reel with 300' of 3/8" bug hose instead of manually rolling the hose. The hose can be put back on the hose reel in less than 1 minute. It is lightweight, durable with 560 psi. This is a double sided situation as revenue is not generated when loading or unloading equipment. If this saves you 10 minutes per day x 252 working days per year = 2520 min/60 = 42 hrs (x operator wage + benefits). How many 10 minutes can we save you? Example: 42 hrs x $15.00 = $630.00 per year per man. |
